Terms of Service

Last updated 9 August 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Spoolt. By creating an account you accept them. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you're allowed to bind it.

Spoolt is operated by Orhan Ege Bilge, a sole proprietor (şahıs şirketi) based in Antalya, Türkiye. In these pages “Spoolt”, “we” and “us” mean that operator, and “you” means the person or business using the service.

Using Spoolt

Spoolt generates short-form video from your brand and publishes it to the social accounts you connect. You need an account to use it, you're responsible for keeping your credentials safe, and everything done through your account is treated as done by you. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

The brands and sites you connect

The websites, products and social accounts you add must be yours or ones you're authorised to market. We analyse the pages you point us at to learn your brand. If you lose that authorisation, remove the brand from Spoolt.

Content and ownership

You own the videos you generate and keep, and the material you supply stays yours. You grant us the licence we need to run the service on your behalf: to analyse your site, generate and render your videos, store them, and publish them to the platforms you connect. We don't claim ownership of your output and we don't use your brand material to train our own models. Spoolt itself — the software, design and interface — stays ours.

AI-generated output

Scripts, voiceovers, images and avatars are produced by AI models and can be wrong, generic or similar to what another user receives. You're responsible for reviewing anything before it goes out, for the accuracy of claims you make about your product, and for disclosing sponsored or promotional material where the law or the platform requires it. We don't guarantee any result, reach or performance.

Acceptable use

Don't use Spoolt for unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or infringing content; don't impersonate anyone; don't generate content about a real person without their consent; don't resell or automate access to the service outside the interfaces we provide; and don't attempt to break, overload or circumvent the limits of the platform. We may suspend an account that does.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record: they take the payment, issue the invoice and handle any sales tax or VAT, and their terms apply to the transaction itself. Plans renew automatically at the price and interval you chose until you cancel. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI studio credits and other limits; going over an allowance means waiting for the next period or moving up a plan. Prices can change, but never for a period you've already paid for — we'll tell you before a change takes effect on renewal.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for; we don't refund part-used periods. If a first paid subscription isn't what you expected, ask within 14 days of that first payment and we'll refund it in full. Renewals aren't covered by that window — cancel before one to avoid it. Refund requests go to [email protected] and are settled through Lemon Squeezy.

TikTok, Instagram and YouTube

Publishing depends on accounts you connect at third-party platforms, each with its own rules that you must follow. We use an intermediary provider to hold those platform integrations. We can't guarantee a post will be accepted, stay up, or that a platform will keep offering access — a platform can change or withdraw its API at any time, and a feature that relies on it may change with it.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Spoolt running, but it's provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Outages at the AI, video or social providers we depend on can interrupt generation or publishing. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost reach or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.

Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your brands, content and connections. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, creates legal risk, or doesn't pay — for anything other than a serious breach we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law, and the courts of Antalya, Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer in the EU, UK or Türkiye, this doesn't take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, or your right to bring a claim there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. For material changes we'll give notice by email or in the app before they take effect, and continuing to use Spoolt afterwards means you accept them. Questions: [email protected].
